Not bad for price; other options would be a better value

The cuff on this works OK, but you really have to unscrew the valve to get it to release. The other cuff I had released with 1 full turn of the valve, this one requires at least 3 to begin to release. Also, the stethoscope that comes with this kit is very sub par. It was very hard to accurately hear the pulse to get a good reading. I ended up using my wife’s other stethoscope which worked fine. If you’re in the market, you might want to look elsewhere and spend a few bucks more for a high-quality kit.

UPDATE 11/12/11
The cuff’s bladder has ruptured and no longer works properly. I wouldn’t say it’s seen heavy use, but it was used at least weekly. We got just under 2 years’ use out of it (approx. 100 uses), which is not really that much.

Blood Pressure Cuff Set
